FAAM Hoops

FAAM is an Evanston, Illinois non-profit organization that offers basketball and cheerleading programs to middle school children (6th-8th grades) of all skill levels.

With an emphasis on athletic skill development, sportsmanship and teamwork, FAAM seeks to instill the values of self-respect, decision-making and learning.

FAAM’s season runs from September to February with twice-weekly practices and weekly games on Saturdays.

FAAM Registration/Draft Day Details

Draft Day will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024, @ Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center (Evanston, IL)

FAAM Hoops Draft Day (details noted below) will be In-person. New participants should register online and attend Draft Day to be assigned to teams. New Participants that can not attend Draft Day will be placed on a team during our Blind Draft event.

Coaches will contact players after the close of registration with their team assignment.

Online Registration will be available until Friday, September 13, 2024, at 7 pm CST. Online registration will reopen during Draft Day registrations times noted below.

Girls Basketball

5th-8th grades
Registration: 10am-11am

Workout & Draft: 10:30am-11:30am

Boys Basketball (New Players)

6th-8th grades
Registration: 12:00pm-1:00pm

Workout & Draft: 12:30pm-2:30pm

Cheerleading

5th-8th grades
Registration: ONLINE

Returning Players (Boys League Only)

7th-8th grades

Registration: ONLINE

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
